We wish you a nice vacation in the city, and especially in our resort of Cottages and Apartments. Following we left for reading some regulations and policies for booking / cancellation, that we take it for read before you book or enter to our facilities.

Schedules. Check in: From 3 pm. Check out: At 10 am am Late check out is subject to availability and will be until 6 pm. Extra passengers must pay the additional cost.

The total payment of the reservation must be made at the log in and for the total days booked through E-mail. Management does not reimburse the not taken booked days , in case of terminate before the date set.

The NO SHOW or cancellation involves that sent advance payment booking is lost and under no circumstances is returned.

Cottages cleaning service is free of charge, every other day is performed, except Sundays. Between 10.30 and 12, 30. Consists to sanitize the bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and living room, take out the trash bags. Excludes dishwashing or clothes or to order items from passengers.

The apartments have cleaning service but with additional cost at least 2 times per week, for the proper maintenance of the units.

The towels can be exchanged every 2 days and bed linen 1 time per week, no charge. Except the extra towels, which have additional cost. They should not be carried to the beach or diving, If you wish for this purpose, please request them at the Administration.

We do not allow visits to the guests in our facilities. We also reject overnight from people who have not been registered at the entering. In case of this kind of failure that we notice, Management reserves the admission right, and will require the immediate eviction without refund of any amount paid.

We order to respect the normal hours for resting from other passengers.

We do not admit any kind of pets.

All our units are SMOKE FREE (No Smoking). They have devices to detect smoke in all indoor.

The cottages have individual alarms, and there is also one gate at the entrance, which is automatic, with remote control and 1 door for escape. Please always keep that door locked. To prevent outsiders from entering the property and also prevent robbery or theft of things that can be left in the yard. Before leaving the resort, get well closed windows, doors and the entrance gate, and leave the cottage alarm activated.

Also in The Cottages and room apartments we have safety boxes, we recommend its use, we do not charge for it.
We have cameras monitoring the perimeter.
